So this garage has a nice fancy heating system (that currently has no gas to actually provide heat, but I digress). Of course we built the ramp so said heating system would be in the direct line of fire of run away boards. So we need to box it in. In doing so, we added an element of gnarlitude that non of us expected. One addition just stepped this bowl up to the next level.
This thing has a little sketch look going, but it's actually pretty solid.
just like in college, Lance putting on the skin.
The overview shots.
Test run = success!
How hard is it to bend the coping? I was thinking I might do pool coping to avoid ordering custom corners; I've got a metal blade for my miter though!
ReplyDeleteWe had it bent professionally. but if you can figure out the forms, I strongly encourage concrete. Concrete sounds awesome and skates pretty much the same.
ReplyDeleteIt's also a lot cheaper.
